FPS were appointed by one of our Project Management partners to deliver a commercial project where time was the driving factor, due to a planned business relocation. Following a successful Design & Planning action by our partners, FPS were instructed to deliver the project under strict conditions.
The works included the demolition of part of the original structure to make way for a large two story rear extension, the subsequent new construction and a general reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing property. New services, designed to meet the growing demands of the occupant, included provision for IT and Telecom systems, welfare facilities, conference rooms, air conditioning systems and a new shopfront with premium reception.
FPS managed all aspects of the works, from supplier identification, tendering of services, project management and client liaison. Despite the strict timetable, the end users were able to occupy the property on time and budget.
