A typically successful example would be the recent external renovations undertaken at a pair of period buildings situated in a South London Conservation area. With works overdue for a number of years prior to our appointment, by a local Block Management client, both our client and the end users were keen to ensure a thorough and long term solution be delivered.
Works involved cleaning and taking the building back to its original form, before careful restoration of original details, minor repairs and decorations. The works also included refurbishment and upgrading of a four story steel fire escape, undertaking through a third party specialist, managed by FPS.
