Instructed by a local Block Management company, FPS were tasked with undertaking the refurbishment and upgrades, including delicate structural repairs and alterations, of these adjoining period buildings.
In addition to structural repairs, the works schedule included upgrading of internal services, new flooring, roofing repairs and full (internal & external) decorations. All works were completed with minimal disruption to residents, on time and on budget.
