Instructed by a small independent developer, who had purchased the property through auction in a dilapidated state, FPS were tasked with the extensive refurbishment and upgrade of 10 eco-friendly townhouses.
The programme of works included the installation of new heating systems, multiple bathrooms, modern kitchens and bespoke living areas, including large terraces with sea views. Unsurprisingly, the properties were all swiftly snapped up once marketed for sale.
