Following a successful RTM claim by our clients, FPS were instructed to urgently action overdue works to include external decorations and replacement of the roof coverings at this attractive purpose built mansion block.
After working with Local Authority to obtain the necessary consents, FPS undertook a detailed tender exercise, selecting three separate subcontractors to deliver the project. Works included restoration of a number of detailed features, upgrading of insulations and reconfiguration of services, minor structural repairs and the replacement of the roof. Residents were overjoyed by the result, which was again delivered both on time and within budget.
